Please view https://www.kentishembroidery.co.uk/admin5689vf0fn/ I asked the module to disable all non native modules before upgrading, so I am not sure whats going on. Here is a guide to help you enable php errors. https://zemez.io/prestashop/support/how-to/prestashop-1-7-enable-debug-mode-display-errors/ Once you have the error you can search and maybe you find someone else had same issue and resolved.
