btskills Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 Hi, anyone knows how to solve an error that appears in the backoffice when the customer makes payment by paypal, it appears a warning that the customer paid 2 times. Rolige Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 Hello, The warning describe perfectly the error, it's a security issue by PrestaShop when the total paid is different of the total order. I have had this kind of problem for a long time with the classic PayPal module, I reported it to the developers but they just avoided me, the problem itself is related to decimals. Regards! elena18 Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 (edited) This indicates that your event organizer potentially has an incorrect setting with their Payment receiving preferences in their PayPal account. In this case, you must contact your event organizer and ask them to either contact PayPal or reach out to us for further support.
