Help me on strange theme behavior

Hi,

(my page is at https://shop.vildmedgolf.dk) 

My installed theme shows up fine on all my computers - pcs, Macs, iPads and phone. Looks like this.

I have one customer complaining that he sees the page like this. If I use Pingdom to check my site, I can see the same image https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/tkT1F/http://shop.vildmedgolf.dk

 

I cleared all cache, cleared CDN cache, the customer cleared all local cache ( he's on an iPad), but still same result.

And, it worries me that Pingdom shows me the same image of my site...

 

Any ideas?

Hi,

We have checked your site & seems pingdom is not loading the CSS file (Site is working fine at our end).

On checking further, We found that,  For pingdom CSS file is 

https://shop.vildmedgolf.dk/themes/PRSD58/assets/cache/theme-fadefd99.css (Which doesn't exist)

While CSS file for us is

https://shop.vildmedgolf.dk/themes/PRSD58/assets/cache/theme-fadefd100.css 

 

I think theme developer can guide you regarding the same. To immediately solve the issue, Just uncombine the CSS.

Can you guide me how to do this?

I can actually reproduce it here on both Internet Explorer and Edge, while all other browsers shows it fine..

Hi,

Go to Admin -> Advanced Parameters -> Performance & then Set "Smart cache for CSS" to No in CCC Section.

Unfortunately this did not help..

 Okay.

In that case, I would suggest to contact the theme developer.

Now its theme-fadefd111.css so I think its some theme settings.
