Shipping by city

I need a shipping module for PrestaShop 1.7. Store management will include values of shipping in backoffice of the prestashop store.

Example:

City Belo Horizonte: $ 25,00

City Sabará: R $ 35,00

City Contagem: R $ 70,00

 

The user will choose the city to be added to the payment:

Example of the user who buys the product "Shirt - R$ 10,00" and lives in the city Sabará: Shirt - R$ 10.00 City Sabará - R$ 35,00 Total payable: R $ 45.00

 

The products have a fixed price and therefore there will be no increase in the value of taxes or other dimensions (weight, height, etc).

 

Is it possible to do this in Prestashop?
