Error by entering

Hi,

We have made a PrestaShop site and work with Plesk. When we want to open Plesk, we get this:

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

1/1ClassNotFoundException in AppKernel.php line 63:Attempted to load class "WebServerBundle" from namespace "Symfony\Bundle\WebServerBundle".
Did you forget a "use" statement for another namespace?

Can somone tell me how we sove this? They told me that this is a problem in the code, but I am not used to work in code.
