[SOLVED]help on module installation script

Hi ,

I "created" a new module based on codes of other modules, but when I try to install this new module I got this error:
Hack attempt (Tab->name is empty for default language),
It happens that the main language of the site is portuguese , so to install this module I had to change it to english , install the module and the change the default language back to Portuguese.

can anybody point me where I should set this Tab->name properly ?
