Customizing breadcrumb

Hello, I would like to customize the breadcrumbchanging the separator, from / to > and removing the product name when you're on a product page.

Do you know which file should be edited to do this?

I do this on PS1.6, but now I'm using prestashop 1.7.4 and I can't figure out how can i do this.

Finally I found how to change the separator.

This can be done using only css:

#wrapper .breadcrumb li:after {
    content: ">";
}

I'm update the discussion if I found where can be removed the product name.
