Depends on your version and theme. In 1.7. classic theme you cann add it to \themes\classic\templates\_partials\head.tpl

Using prestashop 1.7.5.0 and I have a theme purchased.
Can you please give me more details on how to implement code pages in my pages?

As said it depends on the structure of your theme. See if it has same file as I have mentioned above. If not you have to start investigation from the layout file and follow it's included - as JS as CSS is loaded in head section it should be rather at the beginning.
