Ginnova Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 Tried to upgrade prestashop 1.6 to latest version using 1 click upgrade but did not complete due to some errors. After several tries. I'm now unable to open admin page and now getting http 500 error.how do i resolve so i can revert to my previous version. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bojanstven Posted July 10, 2018 Share Posted July 10, 2018 Most likely you will need to manually revert to previous version of PrestaShop, which isn't really easy... The easiest thing for you to do right now is to ask your hosting provider is it possible for them to revert to previous installation version. Do you run a live shop?
