ScottC613 Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 Hi everybody! prestashop version 1.6.1.4 PayPal USA, Canada v1.3.9 Orders paid with paypal do not reduce the stock of items. The product details in the order look very different in orders paid by paypal rather then my other payment processors. The paypal transaction details are left blank as well. Orders paid by paypal do not send me a new order email either. Also occasionally a customers cart is not turned into an order however paypal takes the money and i have to manually turn the cart into an order. Anyone have any ideas? Attached are screen caps of: the paypal transaction details. note this transaction was only a few hours ago but it says more then 60 days the product details from an order paid with paypal the order with the same products selected but processed by another payment type.
