Impossible d'upload PrestaShop avec FileZilla

salut à tous

alors voila, je ne suis pas un pro de l'informatique à savoir  

mais j'ai mon nom de domaine, j'ai réussi a me connecter avec FileZilla et transférer le fichier index.php

mais le fichier principal PrestaShop.zip bug à 78,4% à chaque fois... il reprend automatiquement à 78,1% pour monter jusqu'à 78;4% et rebug indéfiniment. voici le message d'erreur

Commande : put "/Users/macbook/Downloads/prestashop_1/prestashop.zip" "prestashop.zip"

Erreur :         error while writing: received failure with description 'Failure'

Erreur :         Échec du transfert du fichier après avoir transféré 52068352 octets en 308 secondes

je suis sur Mac, j'ai essayé sur windows, et même souci, j'ai essayé de retélécharger le fichier depuis le site, pareil...

je transfère toujours environ 55 mo sur les 66mo

Pourquoi?

vous avez un nom de domaine, c’est une chose, mais avez-vous un hébergement lié à ce nom de domaine ?

alors la... je ne sais pas  je ne sais pas la différence. J'ai mon nom de domaine et je peux uploader des pages dessus donc je pense que c'est bon?

Nous ne pouvons pas savoir à votre place.

qu’elle offre avez vous acheté et où ?

Problème de limitation de l'hébergeur je pense...

Mais pourquoi envoyer le zip ? Décompressez l'archive sur votre ordi et envoyez les fichiers, cela évitera d'envoyer un fichier trop gros en une seule fois.

1. Download and unzip the PrestaShop package if you haven't already.
2. Create a database for PrestaShop shop on your web server if it is possible. In case there is no MySQL user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying this database, create it as well.
3. Upload the three PrestaShop files to the chosen location on your web server, including the .zip file (it will unzip itself afterwards).
4. Run the PrestaShop installation script by accessing the public URL for the chosen location in a web browser. This should be the URL where you uploaded the PrestaShop files.
5. Follow the instructions on each screen of the installer.
6. Once the installation is done, delete the /install folder and write down the new of the /admin folder, which has been generated in order to be unique to you, for security reasons.

bon avec un auto j'ai réussi à tout installer, en local ! 

donc je vais commencer comme ca
