Das war neu install.

Hab grad aktiviert und meldet:

FatalErrorException in AdminDashboardController.php line 0: Compile Error: Declaration of AdminDashboardControllerCore::setMedia() must be compatible with AdminControllerCore::setMedia($isNewTheme = false)

Warum mußt du auch entgegen der Ratschläge fast aller erfahrenen Prestashop-User die 1.7er Version verwenden, hier kann dir kaum jemand helfen, weil sie eben kaum jemand mit viel Erfahrung verwendet. Mir sagt die Fehlermeldung leider auch nichts. Möglicherweise stimmen die Rechte auf dem Server nicht.

Das Problem wurde bereits behandelt im anderem Thread oben in dem Link behandelt,

aber ohne grundkentnisse ist es nicht leicht durchzublicken

Ich vermute , es liegt wahrscheinlich an php ini Einstellungen (PHP Version), wie dort im anderem Thread beschrieben.

Eventuell PHP Version ändern und Testen.

Ich vermute , es liegt wahrscheinlich an php ini Einstellungen (PHP Version), wie dort im anderem Thread beschrieben.

Eventuell PHP Version ändern und Testen.

Hab ich aber trotzdem das problem und bei der neuen version das gleiche problem

Hallo,

die php.ini  sollte man bei "guten" Hostern die ein professionelles Angebot haben ändern können. Das geht aber nicht per installieren, sondern einfach per Änderung/Upload der eigenen php.ini  für den jeweiligen Account.

Ggf. kannst du auch nur einige Anpassungen darin machen (ggf. über dein Kundenmenü des Hosters), was aber für die Installation von PS dann ausreichen sollte.
