creative7 Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Site working fine up until a few days ago, nothing changed but now orders are coming through with no status against them on successful payments from paypal and sagepay. creative7 Posted June 4, 2018 Author Share Posted June 4, 2018 Found the problem! Thanks MusicMaster, checked error logs for paypal and found the problem. The problem was with Videodesk causing an error as it couldn't communicate with their API (I think the company has discontinued this product) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
