CMS Pages not appearing

I have created a cms page called Privacy Policy and successfully enabled it. However, it doesn't appear on my front page. What can be the problem? Please help me.

But if you click Preview from within this page editor, do you see it?

If not, what do you see?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply. I managed to fix this, however, I have another problem. I have enabled SSL for both front and back end. When I open my backend, the padlock sign indicates green but on the front end, it indicates yellow.

When I clicked on the pad lock mark for more information, it says "part of this page are not secure such as images". How do I fix this? Please help me.
