to add cities option along with zones,countries,states etc in transportation of backend(admin)

In admin when we select transportation we get options to select zones,countries,states etc.I want to add cities to this list.I have made the AdminCities.php file.How this link is to be placed for my new tab-cities?

Add a new tab called "Cities" via Back Office, Tool, Tabs, Add new with following details.

Note: Use the proper case.

Name : Cities
Class : AdminCities
Module:
Icon : AdminCities.gif (you can use the same AdminStates.gif, download it and rename it to AdminCities.gif)
Parent : Shipping
