calamawerie Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Hey guys, To make it quick: I have 4 carriers, all its billings are based on weight. However I want free shipping to be applied once a certain amount of money (say >$200) is exceeded. I have set this under Shipping > Preferences , and i have set this to 200. Problem is, when I cart something more than $150, my shop says i am entitled free shipping. The "free shipping starts at $200" function in the BO is not working. Any clue why this is happening?
