nickosn Posted May 29, 2018 Share Posted May 29, 2018 Hi, I today desicted to try out the official mailchimp module. I install it on my 1.6.0.14 shop and can connect to my mailchimp account. I can see the list on the module page but when connecting I get "Store Creation failed: The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the 'errors' array." I edited my mailchimp profile to match my store profile (addresses etc) as posted on an other thread but had no joy. Any ideas ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Un_Tal_Iban Posted December 7, 2018 Share Posted December 7, 2018 I see in youtube tutorial speaking about that error, and says personal data in mailchimp primary account data and prestashop contact data need be the same.
