Error: "install" directory is missing

Hi

After enabling the 'Cache' from back office - Advanced Parameters > Performance -  both front and back offices gives the 'Error: "install" directory is missing'. I am not able to see both back and front office to disable the property - 'Cache' to get rid from this situation. 

My domain is https://studentsindia.org/si1733

This happened with Prestashop 1.7.2.x, 1.7.3.x installations. Kindly advice.
