myowndeliveries module not in modules list

I have recently taken over as technical support for a Prestashop site which had the module 'myowndeliveries' v2,0,2 installed. The problem is that the module does not display in the modules list in system admin, and therefore does not calculate shipping as configured before we purchased the business.

I have looked at the database files and directories, and it seems the module is correctly installed. It can be seen as a tab in the Shipping screen, but when you click on the Settings button which directs you to the modules screen, a 'Module not found' message appears. I believe we are on Prestashop 1.4, and we have been told the module did work.

I have been looking at this program for a few days now, and cannot understand what I have missed in the configuration of the module. If anyone has an idea of what I should be looking for that would be much appreciated.
