Issue losing media query css in mobile view

This is my first e-commerce using prestashop, I choosen 1.6. I started to change style of default-bootstrap theme, for this and in advantage to take control of change I started a git repo in this folder, and having two branches develop and master (initial style). The main issue is that I have made some change in css files on this theme this changes looks fine in desktop view but in mobile view some blocks as cms_block, facebook_block, all footer section cannot read the media query. On the same view I can see that the product list read from global.css some media query but the others block cannot, as the file does not exists. When I change from develop to master all its fine, I only have changed css labels. I keep updating the style but this has me worried. I am Developer and I have experience dealing with Html + css but this is rare. Someone have had the same problem?.
