tokobukutaro Posted December 3, 2010 Share Posted December 3, 2010 just share my exp.in three days ago, my website suddenly can't access. just say Invalid loadConfiguration() SQL query!after check at CPanel - File manager my Database is deleted by other people.and there are some anonymous file ( 6 files) with size 190MB in each file.I don't know about security web, pls advise what is this? and how to prevent it to avoid happen again.because my catalog is gone and now I'm fresh install with ver. 1.3.3.0 with new entry data.work from begining again. Good service provider will investigate and give you a report.I believe they will also give you some advice on how to prevent this.Second, you need to change your user name and password of CPanel, and FTP user/password immediately.3rd, you can Google to search some more security advice.This is what I can offer, hope it helps.
