improve the relevance of results within the Prestashop search engine

Hi,

I would like to improve the results of the internal search engine at Prestashop 1.6, make them more relevant, I give an example:

"running shoes"

not to see other results like "dance shoes", "running clothes" and so on.

Is it possible to intervene with the native module without having to install alternative one?

What does "occurrences" mean? within the statistics section.
