Is there anyone there who knows and is willing to share HOW TO MAKE A 2 COLUMN Theme? and eventually with some meniu tabs in header for sitelinks?

I mean that to exclude right or left collumns

Hi there

I made a little blueprint of what I think it would be a very powerfull simple theme for anyone to change into what they want.
I believe it's clean an simple and would be easy for anyoane to build their shop around it.
There are some words that sound like this ... " Keep it simple"

As examples that resemble a little with the blueprint there are:
