Prestashop vs New customer messages - I receive a notification by email, but cannot read the actual message

Dear all,


I have a problem with my Prestashop new message notification.

When a customer writes us through our "Contact us" page, I get a blue notification on my PS backend and I also receive an e-mail. However I would like to be able to directly answer from the e-mail I receive as well as being able to read the actual message.

Actually the only thing I receive is an email which only notifies me that a new message has arrived, which is not  too useful.

You may find the example of this notification in the attachment.

I really don't know where can I change this:

Does anyone have an idea and could help?
