500 error when creating account

Hello.

Please forgive me, I'm not good at English I'm Japanese.

I am making a shop with Prestashop 1.7.3.1 now.
We assume only customers in Japan.
I first made a customer account for testing myself.

And I tried to register new shipping address in account page (Store Front).
But I saw "500 Server Error".....
I have not installed new modules or themes.

Does anyone come up with reasons?

Please open debug mode in file config/defines.inc.php 

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change it to:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

I tried the debug mode and check right now.

It was shown

プロパティ Address->id_country の値が空です。
at line 954 in file classes/ObjectModel.php

Sorry the Japanese text.

プロパティ:Property
の値が空です。:Value is empty(null).

I think this problem is my responsibility.
I edited "Address format" in country setting of Japan.
I deleted "country name" in Address format.

Because I think that I don't need select country for shipping Address.
My store will for only Japanese customers...
