If you are having problems with check-out process on you shop, so please ask for support of your theme developer, as you are not using the native Prestashop theme. As for forum: we kindly ask you to don't bump your topics. There is no personal support given here. It's a forum on where users help other users. If you have a question, you need to wait till this question is answered by some other user. Thank you for your comprehension and co-operation.
