Backoffice-login and "Add to basket" not working

Hi

I'm really in over my head... My shop has been working for a very long time, but a few days ago, I suddenly couldn't login to BackOffice - Customers can't put item in basked as well... I really need to get my shop fixed... 

• The login page redirects to itself, after a "succesful" login... 
• The "Add to basket"-function just do nothing...

 

I have tried all the suggestions I could find, but in vain - It still won't let me in.

• I have tried to flush all website-data and cookies...
• Tried to modify cookie.php
• Checked that the URL in "ps_shop_domain" and "ps_shop_domain_ssl" is correct
• Tried with Chrome, Firefox and IE11.
• Disabled "ps_cookie_checkip"

 

It is the same on every computer I try - Even if it has never visit the site before

I have exactly the same problem and I can see that your basket is working know. Could you please tell me how you solved the problem?

hi, make sure to test via incognito windows.  Often we get mixed up content cached on our browsers.  So when you think you have issue make sure to first use an incognito window.   Another tip:  DO NOT UPGRADE modules from back office 'unless' the module is issue or has a feature you want.

Thanks, but I've tried to test via an incognito window and it hasn't worked.

I've also cleared my browser cache and removed cookies. I've tried in Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox without success.

I solved this issue you have to change PS_CIPHER_ALGORITHM in configuration table in database from 1 to 0 .
