John_k Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 Version 1.6.1.18 Hey guys I have a problem with my Prestashop (which is closed at the moment) so i'm not able to show you / link it. But I receive this error when I hit my shop. ''There is 1 error: 1. Category not found" Anyone knows about this? I have searched around the internet for a while and I came back empty handed. So: - do you get this error always: at the home page, at a category page, at a product page, at a CMS page, etc.? - can you provide a screen dump. - what happens when you switch on debug mode? Do you get an error message? - are there javascript errors? - is you backoffice working ok? - did it work before ok? When started the problem? Kozukhar Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Похожая проблема у меня возникла после обновления с Prestashop 1.6.1.11 на Prestashop 1.6.1.24 При переходе по ссылке главного меню (Тема стандартная) пишет Category not found те категории которые были созданы до обновления работают, категории которые созданы после обновления не работают.
