Prestashop 1.6 change theme

Hi,

I'm working on prestashop 1.6

My theme is to old but I want to keep them and reproduce with bootstrap 3 or 4

I have two questions

1- how can I change theme into prestashop and keep the config? Like navigation, categories,...

2- where I can find a starter theme with bootstrap 4 for prestashop 1.6? If exist.
