Multistore - shop association missing

Hi!

I have a test shop as multistore in a test setup at test.example.dk and b2b.example.dk. I tried to move this www.example.com and b2b.example.com.

Everything seems to work fine, i got the products, categories and so on copied over, but every screen that contains shop associations (for example when creating a new category) is now missing the shops. I can still see the group name as the root of the tree, but the nodes for test and b2b are missing. When i look under multistore, everything looks the same looking at .dk and .com. Does it have something to do with moving from a subdomain to a main domain? (test.example.dk -> www.example.com).

I would greatly appreciate any help, as the missing associations also means that any new categories (or tax rules, where it is also missing), does not create the relations between categories and shops (in the case of categories).
