[SOLVED] How to change button position

Hey, im so confused , because i want to add a button in a specific area of the page. But I try to find the code in the file, where i can add the button code, but it doesnt work. It go to the top, or footer.

So, how can i manage the layout of the page, I dont know how to do it, what files should I access to change the layout of the page.

I solved it. I edited the .tpl file!!thx everyone.
