Not sure if you are aware of this.. not a major issue.
When signing up, if you miss the check box for agreeing to terms and conditions and submit, you still get the message that activiation email has been sent. obviously this email is not sent because you have not agreed..
I was waiting a while before i realised what i had done lol.. and then re-registered..
