How to add / show default features in Prestashop 1.7.2

Hello Everyone,

 

I am using prestashop 1.7.2. The trouble is my client want the following :

when you click on add a new product button in admin:
1. all the features that added should be already open like in screenshot
2. then just select the features that apply for that product from the predefined drop-drown or type it.
3. features that  didn't use will not show on front end.

 

I checked a lot for help and check if any module available for this but didn't get proper solutions for this. 

It's really urgent, so any idea or help will be appreciated. Please check attached screenshot. When click on new product button

then all entered features should automatically fill up  ( instead of one by one adding product features manually ). 

Please ignore middle save bar.
