Missing blocks in delivery address front office 1.7 version

Hello,

I'm new with Prestashop 1.7 version and just installed it.

There is my problem > When I register as a new client and about to complete the order, at the step of filling out the delivery address, there are missing blocks and information (see screenshot attached).

What's wrong and where should I start looking for solutions?
