Search problems in 1.73 - cant apply

Hi there,

I succesfully upgrade a shop til 1.73 from 1.62

Know I have a problem.

if you are in a categori and want to search you cant "apply" you only can "Clear all" (in danish RYD ALT) 
please see the attach file

I have trye to test it in Classic theme as well as in the chosen theme Bunbury - the problem is excately the same.
