A lot of people like it and many do not. They mentioned having to pay reconnection fees once the site goes down almost like extortion. Extra Fees for basic services. I noticed that they were based out of Panama, not sure if off shore hosting is the way to go unless your hosting a gambling or porn site. I was looking to host with them but after reading the comments I decided against it. Again these are remarks found by performing a google search. I have no personal experience with them.
