Looking for a sidebar contact form module

Hello, i am looking for a module that enables me to use a floating sidebar contact form with 2 columns (for example see this link: https://www.yoursurprise.com/&lang=en)

We do not need the gift finder function, but the ability to enter links to FAQ sections / youtube, facebook whatsapp etc. We are currently using thawk.to module for chat and would like to keep using that. Is there any module that could provide this functionality ?

Unfortunately you didn't mention which Prestashop version you are using.

1. You can use for ex. free HTML-Block: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/246765-free-html-block-module/
2. Paid solutions you will find on the addons site: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/search?search_query=html block
3. If you want to add only links, than you can use the native cms block module you will find on back-office on module list. For to add a new content to this block you need to add before a cms site with your links, Than you go to the cms block module and add a new block by linking to that cms page you added before.

Hi and thanx for the reply. i am currently useing version 1.6.1.11

I Did browse through the paid modules but none of the modules i found did provide the functionality i ama looking for. It's mostly chat / email or pop-up notifications.

I even tried the html block module but was not able to get it to work right. Also it seems that it is not a floating block but fixed to a hook.

As you can see in the example pic, that block is hovering/floating on the bottom (much like the zendesk or zopim modules)
If i would be able to enter html code (css) into that block and create my own columns with links and icons that would be enough.

Oh you want a floating one. Than of course this is another request and in this case it is indifferent if your site has one, two or three columns.

Thanx for all the answers but still could not find what i am looking for. I am looking for something similar as in the image. A pop-up / pull-up / floating whatever you call it module to diplay some extra information and links.

A free or paid solution is fine. As long as it does the job. Any suggestions ?

Here you create a block on html-editor site and than you can choose sizing and where you want to show this block.
