Specific Price Discount is not working.

Hi,

Before, I added this question to the different forum but no any replies. 

I am using Ps 1.7.2.2 with the default theme.

I found one issue in "Price" display in product and category page When I added specific price discount from product edit in back end.

Let me explain in details:

I have one product with final retail price $29.99. and with tax 7%. refer attached screenshot.

 

Also add Flat $5.00 discount by adding specific price.

When user is not log out price display correct, But when user login with Florida address price in category and product page in front end is display like $29.99 $25.32 Save $5.00.

I added 7% tax on Florida address, Why Prestashop calculating it on discount.

It should be $24.99 instead of 25.32 as I added $5 discount in back end.

 

NOTE: Percentage discount of specific price is working fine. Issue in Flat discount only.
