How do I use English in BO without fields defaulting to English?

Hi.

I'm working on a shop that is configured in Polish - this is the only language the shop will be available in.

However, most of the support for Prestashop is in English (not to mention parts of the BO which are untranslated or badly translated), so I would prefer to use the Back Office in English.

But, when I switch my admin profile to English, all of the edit fields also switch to English by default, and I have to keep flipping them back to Polish in order to edit anything (and since I often forget, I end up not changing/editing anything visible on the site).

Is there some way to switch the BO to English w/o it affecting the entire interface in this fashion?

I really only need "PL" to show for my editable fields.
