Using Mobile Phones to pay for goods on a prestashop eshop

I have a number of enquiries from some people using prestashop as to whether it is possible to pay using mobile money. In a nutshell, one person is selling software online and would like the customers to download the software and pay for it using their cell phones. The system should automaticall verify and update itself once the customer posts a code provided by the telco companny after submitting the cash over the phone. How can this be integrated into prestashop?
