kensterdotnet Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 (edited) Hello I've run into an issue which started yesterday where hundreds of abandoned carts were created every couple of minutes. On average before yesterday we would have around 150-200 per day, but yesterday it spiked up to 515 abandoned carts. Only 8 hours have gone by today and we already have over 260 abandoned carts! Is anyone else running into this issue or had this happen in the past that can help me out? Our analytics only shows about 5 users on, so I don't understand how these carts are being created. I've uploaded a picture for the first 48 minutes of today which had 21 abandoned carts. I've fixed the abandoned carts by tracking the IPs under stats and visitors online. There was one IP that kept hitting the cart all day and I had my ISP block them.
