Prestashop 1.7.2.4 not auto launching install - update

Hi, I have had my hosting company look at why the auto install is not working and they have given me the following response.

Please note the webaddress.co.uk actually replaces the true location of my website for security purposes....

There is some coding issue with the index.php due to which you are facing issues with accessing prestashop admin page. Please see the snippet below:

I would recommend you to have a check of the index.php file with your developer to solve this issue.

Further the MySQL version used by your account is 5.5. Please see the snippet below:

mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.54, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1
