Prestashop 1.7.2.4 not auto launching install

Hi, I have looked through many pages of previous questions but can not find an answer.

I have downloaded the latest Prestashop and transfered it to my domain site via FTP.

I have then used my browser to go to the folder where the files are stalled but it is not auto launching?

Its in a folder called estore and I have tried 2 ways, i.e. www.joebloggs.co.uk/estore and www.joebloggs.co.uk/estore/index.php on both I get a HTTP 500 error.

I have tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer.

MySQL is 5.6

Any advice on where the problem might be?
