Update from 1.6.1.17 to 1.6.1.18 not recognize

Hello,

after "successfully" update on my PS  1.6.1.17 to  1.6.1.18 with module 1 click Update, in information page of PS the version is 1.6.1.17 and main page prompts me again to update it to 1.6.1.18. After the update, 1 click says "successful". The information page says : 1142 files are changed, so i think it is realy successful, but may be somewhere in the update script is missed something.

I try update again, but result is the same.

The new of this topic is that: 

Even after new downloading on PS 1.6.1.18 and new install, on the admin panel information is the same. PS  1.6.1.17 and prompts me again to update it to 1.6.1.18 !

please try to compile the files and clear the cache files

You might also have a server side php cache active, that is causing the issue.  opcache in PHP, or maybe even a server extension for cloudflare?

Restart of Apache (with opcache) and clear all cache not help me, but restart of the whole machine was help me.
