Custom field for combination

Hello,

I found some threads about how to add new fields to combinations. 

But here my problem is that I already installed a plugin that overrides prsetashop admin already, so I don't know how to do.

What I did so far is:

- I added Combination.php in mymodule/override/classes

This class adds a my new field, that's all

- I edited override/controllers/admin/templates/products/combinations.tpl and I added my new field in the template

The result:

- I can see the input for the field when I add a new combination or when I edit an existing one. 

But when I add a new combination, this combination is not saved (although I have a success message). And when I edit an existing one, my new field value is not saved in the database. 

Anyone could help me please ? I went back from version 1.7.4 to 1.6.1.17.
