ERROR 500 pays avec Id anglophone

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème. J'ai une boutique faite sur presta shop 7, qui est en ligne .

Elle marche bien sauf pour les pays ayant une adresse ip provenant d'un pays anglophone ( UK, HK, USA, INDE, AUSTRALIE).

Ces pays anglophone, tapent mon site et arrivent sur une page blanche noté error 500.

Ensuite, j'ai mis mon eshop en mode debug, et la il est noté =>

Warning: rename(/tmps/class_index.phpOHQqsH,/home/anamourppe/www/app/cache/dev/class_index.php) : No such file or directory in /home/anamourppe/www/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 255

 

Une personne pourrait il avoir une idée sur l'origine du bug & comment le résoudre ?
