deuti
Hi, what kind of anti-fraud features does Prestashop offer? For example, is it possible to make a manual order approval mandatory for any orders that exceed a certain value?E.g. let's say every order >1000 USD needs to be manually approved by the shop owner. Or every order >50 items of the same thing.Does Prestashop offer a built-in mechanism for such a fraud protection?Thank you.
rocky
There is no option in PrestaShop to require orders over a certain amount to be manually approved.
deuti
Thanks rocky.JMP-TOK just pointed me to the following thread:http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/46955/general_discussion/manual_order_validationSo, looks like it's doable with some coding. I'll have a look at the according module sources.Alternatively: How much would developing such a feature cost in about?
Andy1
Hello, We have developed a module which incorporates many fraud protection features such as IP/country location/proxy detection/ blacklists/high risk countries and much more. The module is free of charge and you can download it from our website http://gwsec.com/download Register now and get a free API key with 30 free credits. Best regards, Mark Anderson Sales Representative GWSec.com I get a warning message when I click on your link, suggesting it's a dangerous site. Slightly worrying given you're promoting a module to prevent fraud/dangerous activity on a prestashop site. This is what I see when I click on the link: However, I am very interested in a module that can be used to check/fraud score all payments made through my shop. If anyone knows of a good and reputable module, please let me know, Thanks for your help Andy
Mike Kranzler
Hi Andy1, This website, and potentially this company as well, does not seem to be active any longer, so I am going to delete this topic. -Mike
