salvatore89FX Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 Ciao a tutti, ho un problema, quando i miei clienti riempiono il carrello, al momento di procedere con l'ordine tramite l'apposito tasto, appare la pagina con errore : 500 Server Error Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. Tutto questo mi sta causando un enorme danno economico, l'impossibilità di completare l'ordine andando avanti, sopratutto non avendo messo mano dopo l'ultimo ordine andato a buon fine. attendo un riscontro urgente di chi ha avuto questo problema. grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sito Lab Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 i problemi possono essere diversi quello che vedi (se mi passi il termine) è un errore generico, su che versione prestashop lavori ? inoltre guarda il file error_log (se presente o richiedilo al tuo provider) che trovi all'interno della root principale Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
