Allow Ordering of Out-of-Stock Products on Manual Order Only (Back Office)

Hello all,

I would like to enable ordering out-of-stock products, but for the back office (BO) manual order only.

In our warehouse, the available product stock sometimes inaccurate, because of several aspects. For example, input wrong item in manual order from the BO. We use prestashop system to handle our order administration, including offline order. (Changing the quantity / stock opname is not suggested, because it will make the inventory worse)

I have tried to enable the options "Allow ordering of out-of-stock products" options in Preferences > Products. But, it also enable ordering out-of-stock products from the front office (FO) and we don't want our customers disappointed.

How can I enable this behaviour only at the BO, but disable at the FO?

Or, how do you handle offline order using prestashop with this condition?
