Impossible to add product to Cart

Hi Everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Prestashop currently, I believe it may be an issue with a carts module. I am using the default addon module that was enabled when I installed Prestashop. 

 

On the webpage, when I click 'Add to cart' on any of my products it is giving an error, I've attached a screenshot of the specific error. The other issue I am seeing with my back office is that the dashboard is not loading any stats and the modules page is not loading any of my installed modules so I cannot perform any updates or reset the modules. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
